Cash on Delivery (for Hong Kong only)
We accept payment through Cash On Delivery for Hong Kong customers and payments can be made upon delivery. The Ta-Q-Bin personnel will collect payments when they deliver the goods. A confirmation will be made by phone in advance of delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce. Standard U.S. shipping cost USD 7. We offer free shipping for orders over USD130. DHL eCommerce is a reliable service that provide end-to-end tracking visibility and final delivery by the USPS.
All Hong Kong orders are shipped via Ta-Q-Bin and it’s FREE!
Ta-Q-Bin provide weekend delivery, you may choose your favourite time zone for delviery or you can choose to pick up the packgae at the nearest Circle-K.
All Taiwan orders are shipped via SF Express and it’s FREE!
How long does it take to ship?
We process orders within 2-3 business days (5-7 business days for engraving orders)
Hong Kong orders are ship via Ta-Q-Bin which takes 1-2 days.
U.S. orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce with final delivery by the USPS. All in all, standard U.S. shipping takes 7-10 business days.
Taiwan orders with takes 3 – 5 business days and we ship via SF express.
How can I track my order?
For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

What if I need to change my order / address?
No worries! You have 24 hours to let us know if you need to change your order. Please contact us at [email protected] with your request and order number. Please note that you can not change any order information after 24 hours.
When will I get my per-order item?
Please check product page of the item you purchased for delivery date.
Duties, taxes and wrong address
Any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
We are not responsible for any incomplete and wrong addresses. If the package failed to be delivered and is returned to us due to incomplete or faulty addresses, customers have to take responsibilities for any extra shipping costs.
What is covered under warranty?
We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each one. With limited exceptions, if your DRY & CO product is damaged during the first year, DRY & CO will cover all repair expenses(without shipping fee) . If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it.
Our Warranty Covers:
– Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
– Failure of materials
– Production Defects
Our warranty does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes damage resulting from animal damage, extreme wear, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a wallet, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.
Is there anything you won't do?
Just barely. Here are a few accommodations we unfortunately cannot make.
– Exchanges for a newer version of a particular style
– Size exchanges on well-used or older items
– Repair or replacement of items purchased through non-authorized retailers
– Repair or replacement of items not made by DRY&CO.
– Exchanges of items without a defect
What is DRY & CO's return policy?
ONLY Products that are purchased on www.dry-com.com can be returned within 7 days of your receiving the goods for a refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.
Please fill out our CONTACT FORM including the order number, tracking info. and reasons for return. Upon receiving your returned DRY & CO merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the DRY & CO product within 10 – 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card ,PayPal account or bank account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
– The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and be accompanied by the original packaging and tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of DRY & CO.
– Customers outside of Hong Kong are responsible for all shipping expenses with the TRACKING NUMBER on the return of DRY & CO product. DRY & CO.cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages damaged or lost in transit without proof of delivery to DRY & CO.
– Please be noted that if any of the above policies has been violated, DRY & CO will not be held responsible for refunding the customers. And if customers request the products to be sent back to senders, DRY & CO will not be responsible for the extra shipping costs.
– Due to the made-to-order nature of Engraving, we cannot offer refunds or exchange of any kind.

Can I return/exchange a sale item?
No, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.

Please also note that as all our engraving is done by hand, every item is unique and there may be slight variations. The engraving machines we use are from the 70’s. Different temperature, gap between font types and pressure will affect the outcome. Please accept up to 1.5mm variations in position (when the engraving on the centre of the product.)
Due to the made-to-order nature of name engraving, we cannot offer refunds or exchange of any kind. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure the right choice is made.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PERSONALISED LEATHER PURCHASE?
Our leather range is made from 100% Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather. As a general rule, you should take care to avoid rubbing your item against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching. Should your product get wet, remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel, pack loosely with paper and allow it to dry naturally. You may also wish to minimise touching of the engraved part of your item – oils (including natural body oils) may cause the engraving to fade over time.
THE FITTING IS A LITTLE TOO TIGHT?
All items were designed to fit your belongings perfectly. If you find the product too tight, do not worry. It will get better after using it for 5-7 days.
